S.C.O.T. was born on 11 January 1956

thanks to the young Ofelio Torri, who had just returned to his home town after spending ten years as an emigrant in South America.

In Venezuela he had acquired a lengthy working experience and he had a dream: to create in Romagna, in his homeland, a building and roadworks company.

Almost half a century after these pioneeristic beginnings S.C.O.T. is a true benchmark in the construction sector.

The heart and brain of the company, held firmly in the hands of the Torri family, is the operational structure which is responsible for quality processes, safety and professional training.
